I'm Sai Prasanna Surisetty, a Cloud Support Engineer at TCS. I work across Azure, Windows, virtual desktops, and identity to help enterprise users get back to work.
My work today
From the user’s problem to the cause
At TCS, I support Azure and Windows environments used by enterprise teams. My day-to-day work covers virtual desktops, identity and L2 incidents: finding the cause, restoring service and checking that the fix holds. I use monitoring data, PowerShell and clear handover notes to make the next incident easier to resolve.
My aim is simple: restore service, explain what happened, and leave a useful record for the next person who needs to solve it.
How I work
Follow the evidence. Finish the handover.
Own L2 incidents from the first check to service recovery, keeping users and engineering teams informed
Follow AVD sign-in and session problems through identity, session hosts, FSLogix profiles and network dependencies
Support Entra ID access and use Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to investigate infrastructure health
Write PowerShell scripts, runbooks and handover notes that another engineer can use without starting again
